In a controlled clean environment, the preparation of in-flight meals and goods is precisely and efficiently performed while maintaining our standard of quality, hygiene and temperature control.
Basically we have two types of item to prepare and load onto an airplane. One is in-flight meals and beverages which are served to passengers to enjoy during the flight. The other is on-board goods such as tax-free items which are sold on the aircraft. There are different requirements for in-flight meals and in-flight items according to the flight routes and the airlines requirements. Therefore, flexible preparation is required in accordance with the characteristics of each flight.
We make full use of the passenger information system that links the airport and airlines flight information system and our own original internal system to enable us to perform accurate and efficient preparation to individual airlines.
