My Duty

I present costs based on the proposed menu and collate necessary data to produce the in-flight meal. For example, to take a meal photo of a new dish and find out meal costs by inputting ingredients and materials costs into the data system. I also produce meal recipe and prepare the instruction for dish-up. When we are requested by airlines to modify the menu or to change special meal specifications, I conduct checking Nutritional value calculation and a containing survey of allergens.

My dedicated message to a newly recruited staff

I believe that it is part of joy for airline customers to enjoy the in-flight meals. As a team player, we work together as one team to provide a memorable in-flight meal. Each individual has their own contribution with utmost responsibility. I had some fear when I joined the company, but experienced senior staff members advised and guided me in polite manner. With a brilliant view from office windows, we can view aircraft and sea. Our staffs are friendly in comfortable work atmosphere. Let’s enjoy working together.
